AI features may use local or third-party models depending on the product and approved configuration. Model identity, provenance, data handling, evaluation, and permitted use are documented to the extent supported by available provider and deployment evidence.
Product-specific restrictions and customer responsibilities must appear in the executed agreement. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and requires appropriate human review before consequential use.
Performance and Liability
No success rate, availability level, remediation outcome, recovery time, or production-safety result is guaranteed by this website. Any measurable commitment must be stated in an executed order form or service-level agreement with its scope and measurement method.
Applicable warranties, responsibilities, indemnities, liability limits, and remedies are established only in the executed customer agreement and are subject to applicable law.
Intellectual Property and Customer Content
Ownership and license rights for platform materials, third-party components, customer content, feedback, configurations, and generated output are governed by the executed agreement and applicable third-party licenses. This page does not transfer or establish ownership.
